MH:2K

By Sarah Allan

Sarah Allan is Engagement Lead at Involve. She has a wide ranging background in research, campaigning and project management, and a long-standing belief in the need to transform how UK decision-making works.

Are you 14-25 years old and living in Birmingham or North Tyneside (including Wallsend, Howdon, North Shields, Whitley Bay, Longbenton, Killingworth)? Do you work with young people in these areas?

We’re looking for young people to become Citizen Researchers on our youth mental health project MH:2K. As a Citizen Researcher you will:

  • Join a new youth-led team on mental health in your area
  • Discuss issues with experts and decision-makers
  • Help other young people to have a voice
  • Develop leadership skills and gain valuable experience

You don’t need any particular skills or experience to apply – you just need to really care about the issue of youth mental health.

Everything you need to get involved is below. If you have any questions then just ask our team member Sarah (sarah@involve.org.uk / 07515 505 812).
