Ofsted and User Engagement

Ofsted and User Engagement

Involve is helping Ofsted develop new user engagement strategy. Ofsted recently merged with three other inspectorates: the Adult Learning Inspectorate, the Commission for Social Care Inspection and Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Court Administration. This means that the new Ofsted deals with a much larger group of users than previously - including, among others, people in colleges, adult learners in prison, children in care and school pupils and their parents. The aim of Involve's work is to help the new Ofsted create a user engagement strategy that works across the whole organisation and enables its strategic teams and inspectors to engage effectively with each of these diverse groups of users.
