Annie Quick – Researcher / Team Coordinator
Annie Quick joined Involve in October 2010 as a Researcher and the Team Coordinator. Annie’s background is in different methods of deliberation and participation. Before joining Involve, she worked on strengthening young people’s participation in education policy, including developing materials on participative methods such as citizens’ juries. She went on to work as a campaigner for democratic reform, and later as a freelance social researcher.
Annie is a founding member of the Brixton Pound and sits on the board of the Phoenix Education Trust for Democratic Education. She holds a BA in History from University College of London where she specialised in the History of Political Philosophy.
