Alice Casey - Research Manager
Alice's recent projects include Armchair Involvement - research exploring the potential for technologies to effectively engage staff, patients and public for service improvement in the NHS; Say and Play - a redesign of local government consultations involving young people and parents, and advising Ofsted in the development of a user engagement strategy. She is currently working on research into how engagement and involvement can best be facilitated through 360degree approaches on a mass scale. She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has a particular interest in youth engagement, design and social media.
