An Introduction to Public Engagement

In March 2009 Involve alongside The Consultation Institute ran a training course entitled ‘An Introduction to Public Engagement'.
The wide range of activities carrying the label "public engagement" requires skills and know-how essential for public bodies and other sectors.
This course provided an excellent overview of the principles and processes involved and helped particpants to understand citizen and institutional perspectives.
