Public engagement with fewer resources
In a time of budget cuts the question of value for money is key. A critical strand of our activity is focused on demonstrating how public engagement, done well, can help government to reduce costs and lead to more effective decisions. We do this through evaluation and research into where public engagement can add value. We also develop new methodologies which will help institutions to continue to engage the public with fewer resources. We are one of the few organisations who look closely at this issue and come up with practical tools.
