Vacancy: Project Officer
Pay: £24,000 – £26,000
Hours: Full time – 35 hours a week

This is a temporary position for six months, extension dependent on delivery and fundraising.

We are looking to recruit a Project Officer to support our Open Government programme. Involve are acknowledged leaders in this field and you will get the opportunity to be at the cutting edge of work to promote more open, participative and accountable government. This will include working with government, civil society organisations and our partner organisations. You will also get the chance to work on some of our other programmes.
We are looking for candidates with a track record of supporting the management of projects. You will also be able to demonstrate to us that you can successfully manage relationships with a range of stakeholders, including people at a senior level.
The successful candidate can expect to gain a wide range of skills and experience which will be helpful in securing future roles as a Project Manager, either in the field of public engagement and democratic reform, or more widely in third sector organisations, think tanks or government.
The appointment will initially be for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. We are looking to appoint on a salary range of £24,000 to £26,000. The job is full time (35 hours a week) and will be based in our London office at 33 Corsham Street, London N1 6DR.
