Darren Ivey is an experienced facilitator, qualified teacher, and a fluent Welsh speaker. He was formerly Head of Development at Opinion Research Services and has over 20 years’ experience of working with clients across the public and private sector to deliver rigorous high-profile public engagement and consultation.
Darren recently worked with Involve as part of the core facilitation team that delivered the People’s Plan for Nature 2023. Darren is currently working with the NHS in London to help shape the future of Urgent Care health services through a comprehensive and public consultation process.
Darren co-authored the book: Modern Media in the Home: an Ethnographic Study (John Libbey Press 2004) and has also contributed to numerous academic journals and papers including, The Open University’s ‘Everyday Culture’ Programme.
