Frankie is a Fundraising & Project Officer at Involve. She delivers participatory and deliberative projects across the UK and supports our fundraising.
Since joining Involve in 2021, Frankie has coordinated deliberative engagement projects with local government, charities and researchers. Her experience includes project and event management for the Southampton Climate Assembly, and several locations in the Thriving Places programme. She is also professionally trained in facilitation for deliberative processes, with practical experience facilitating at the Westminster Climate Assembly and Dorset Citizens’ Climate Panel.
Frankie specialises in recruitment approaches and participant support, including for the Thriving Places programme, the People’s Assembly for Nature, and Hackney Citizens’ Jury. She has planned recruitment for sensitive topics, such such as deliberative workshops with warehouse workers about new immersive technologies for the Ada Lovelace Institute’s policy research. She is also experienced in delivery of online meetings, and how to overcome barriers to members of the public participating in virtual engagement.
Before Involve, Frankie completed a project management apprenticeship at the South Downs National Park Authority and an interdisciplinary BASc Arts & Sciences degree at UCL. She is based in Cambridge.
