Sam joined Involve in July 2025 and brings a wealth of experience, having spent her career working in HR and People and Culture roles across a wide range of organisations. Deeply committed to creating environments where employees feel heard, supported, and empowered, she is passionate about fostering inclusive, engaging workplaces where people can truly thrive.
Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of education, Sam is passionate about lifelong learning and expanding access to learning opportunities for all. She earned her BA hons History degree with The Open University and achieved a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management (CIPD – Level 7) with ICS Learn, whilst balancing the demands of a growing career and a growing family.
Outside of work, Sam finds joy in the outdoors — whether it’s paddle boarding, open water swimming, cycling with her partner and two daughters, walking the family Boxer dog, or going for a run. These moments outdoors also help to recharge and bring a sense of balance in this fast-paced world!
