We are very excited to announce two exciting training masterclasses in November designed to enhance skills in facilitating group discussions and strengthen democratic processes.
Facilitation 101 and Deliberative Democracy 101 will be 3.5 hour interactive online sessions held on the 26th and 29th November, respectively. These sessions will be open to all and offer the chance to develop understanding of equitable and deliberative engagement principles and gain practical skills in effectively managing group forums from leading industry experts.
Involve’s training offer is based on two decades of experience delivering participatory, dialogue and deliberative public engagement processes that work for both commissioning institutions, and the members of the public and stakeholders they want to engage.

Facilitation 101
Facilitation 101 is designed to develop participants' understanding of the underpinning principles of facilitation and the role of a facilitator, and build confidence in setting up the conditions for constructive conversations. Facilitation 101 will be held on Tuesday 26th November from 17:30-21:00.

Deliberative Democracy 101
Deliberative Democracy 101 aims to build awareness of quality deliberative engagement in decision making and knowledge of how to plan engaging deliberative engagement events and processes. Deliberative Democracy 101 will be held on Friday 29th November from 10:00-13:30.
