Lucy joined Involve in 2024 as a Support Services Administrator.
Her work primarily focuses on providing administrative, operational and organisational planning support as well as recruitment.
Previously, she was an Affordable Housing Policy Officer at North Ayrshire Council, where she supported the development of social housing projects, liaised with external stakeholders and secured sustainability grants. She holds an MA Honours degree in Sociology from the University of Glasgow, where her dissertation explored housing inequalities and gentrification in Glasgow through a thematic analysis of regeneration related policy and media.
She currently resides in the Scottish countryside, where she enjoys nature walks and wildlife spotting. In her free time, she also does yoga, solves crosswords, goes snorkelling, attends concerts and enjoys cooking.
